Great staff and room. One room had roaches but they were fighting hard to get rid of them. Not the fault of the hotel. Don’t be deterred if you get a room net to a long term guest that is dirty. The hotel will do everything they can.

ROACHES, rodents, and poor service

For this being an extended stay hotel anyone would expect more than what was given. Roaches came out of every outlet that we tried to plug something in as well as crawling on the shower curtain. When we informed the front desk they said they would put an order in for it to be sprayed. A giant rat ran through our room and we had to switch to another roach infested room that had them in the outlets, shower, and now refrigerator. We had to purchase an air mattress because we were informed to NOT pull out the pullout sofa bed because it takes maintenance over an hour to try to fold back in. No extra towels are available. You have to physically hand your used towels over to get new ones. Air conditioner did not work properly in the room so we were given a dusty box fan.... and we were in Texas! Poor customer service and sarcastic attitudes all around.

We have been here for awhile .. and seen a few staff members come & go. There is a new overnight house keeper named GLENDA! At first she was very quiet. Due to Covid .. the hotel is not doing coffee in the mornings.. so I come down to get to go coffe cups and sometimes creamer... Glenda must have a photographic memory.. because she remembers when I need cups sometime before I remember..which is a nice welcomed surprise .. it allows us to actually relax instead of jumping at the last min or getting dressed to go down stairs ... I often forget my key in the room when I take the dogs out! She was helping someone at the counter .. I assume she overheard me mention to my other half that I forgot the card upstairs… When we walked back in with her animals she already had two keys waiting for is right there behind the front desk... which was so wonderful... because of HER FORTHOUGHT , polite , & very thoughtful nature.. By having those ready before returning we were able to avoid ppl in the lobby including another dog. Some one walked in with the moment we walked out of the lobby!! Management :::: please consider Glenda as employee of the month or something! She really deserves it !!!

I wish I could write a better review but not in this case. I have experienced undue stress, anguish, frustration, belittlement, being bullied, being lied about by management when I brought an issue to light. See pics. I have experienced many types of hotels from high-end luxury resorts to roadside motels. But none have ever dished out such blatant disregard for the "guest" as this place. I have never been treated as if the issue I bring to the attention of the Management was my fault. You can see the pics and know this problem was already here way before I got here. I have been met at the front desk Kim's with eye rolls, humphing at me when I asked for something to be corrected, ignoring me while at the counter, waiting on others instead of me when I was there first, Nobie (the manager)singling me out in front of a full lobby of people, accusing ME of being the one who returns soiled towel, then telling me all I had to do was return the towels for exchange, loudly accusing me of having financial difficulties, being told I HAD to pay for towels that I soiled...all this in front of other guests waiting in the lobby. EMBARRASSED, BELITTLED, and BULLIED in front of a crowd in the lobby. I sent in 2 complaints online no one called me. I called the 1800# found out fromt the cust svc rep that the Manager, Nobie, was the one who comments on online submitted complaints. WHAT??? The one causing the problems and disrespecting the guest (me) is the one who gets to say whether an issue is valid, taken care of, or wheater it is to be excused and dismissed?!?! I faxed the VP of Operational Excellence for ESA because that is the only number on LinkedIn for them. Still no response from anyone. Now, come on! Is this a hotel? Is this customer service? These incidents began at the beginning of Feb 2020, today is 2/27/2020. No one has contacted me yet. Is contacting the guest not part of the policy? I did get an automated email that said 24-48 hours I'd be contacted, the 800# also told me I'd be contacted 24-48 hrs after my complaint. But no one has yet. It's a shame I had to post this online about this company but this treatment is far from operational excellence and not even close to being "hospitable". See my pics. I did not even mention the roaches and fleas and how Nobie turned that to be my fault too. The roaches and fleas are already here. I use my own treatment to protect my family, myself, and cat. I hope this review helps someone make the right decision. I wanted this to be resolved in-house like it is supposed to have been handled. But here we are.

As LongTerm guests .. ive seen many security guards come and go.. for the 1st time I feel completely confident & safe since RICHARD started! Expect a visible security guard patrolling the grounds on foot, greeting you at your vehicle and walking you in the safe passage into the building… He really takes his job seriously and I've never seen Security he would be so professional and actually made me feel safe until Richard! He's a great new asset to the building and I promise you your vehicle and yourself will be safe here
